QUESTIONS


Are the items on the website in stock?

Yes, most items are in stock but if an item is not (or your request exceeds the number available) it will say so when you click to buy. 

In the unlikely event that the system allows you to purchase an item that we do not have in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible via e-mail to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

 

Will the item look like it does in the picture?

We have made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths and accurate colour descriptions. However, we are aware that colours and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on.

In most cases, we have found that people find their purchases far better in real life than the pixels of the monitor allow us to show!

 

How soon will I get my goods?

If you are in the UK, we aim for you to receive your purchases within 5 working days of ordering (usually much faster). Overseas takes a little longer, usually 10-14 days.  

If you need your items more urgently, just let us know by email. There may be an additional charge if Special Delivery or similar is required.

 

How much are shipping costs?

UK orders are charged at a flat rate fee of £1.95, regardless of how many items you order.
For Overseas deliveries, the fee is fixed at £3.95.
Wholesale orders in the UK are charged at £4.95 and for Overseas, £8.95

 

What are your methods of payment and are they safe?

We accept online payment through Nochex or Paypal (or Credit Card via Nochex) or by Cheque to the address as shown at the checkout.
You do not need to have a Nochex or Paypal account but can opt to set one up at the same time if you would like to. If you do, both are very simple processes to set-up (less than a minute) and operate fully encrypted secure systems used by millions worldwide.
We never see your credit card details and nor will anyone else.

 

What if I want to return my goods?

All goods are covered by a 7 day money back guarantee.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, for whatever reason, please return the goods to us within 7 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping). Please do not remove any tags until you are sure you want to keep the goods. We are unable to accept the return of items where the tag has been removed. Remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order reference so that we can complete the refund as soon as soon possible.

Obviously the items should be unused, unworn and arrive back to us in the condition in which they were received. You will be responsible for returning the goods safely and the return shipping costs incurred. You may wish to insure your returns and send them by signed for delivery as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in the post/sent by other means.

NB: For health & hygiene reasons, we have a strict no returns policy on all pierced earrings including sets which include pierced earrings.

 

Is my private information safe ?

Chici is committed to protecting your privacy. We require contact details so we can contact you if there are any problems with your order or to respond to any queries. We recognise the importance of keeping your details completely confidential and will never pass on or sell your information to anyone else, unless you have given express permission for this.

 

Will you send me any information about your products in future?

Only if you want us to! We have an opt-out tick box on the checkout page so that you can choose whether or not to receive details of new products and special offers. If at anytime you do not wish to receive further mailings from us, simply reply to any email from us with the word REMOVE in the subject field of your email. You will then be removed from all our mailing lists and will not receive any further emails.

NB. AOL & Hotmail account holders: If you wish to receive news of new products and discounts, please add info@chici.co.uk to your safelist otherwise you will find us in your Junk Mail Folder.
