Chici provides this website and service to you on the following terms and conditionss.

We accept online payment by Paypal or Nochex (including Credit Card through
either) or by Cheque to the address as shown at the checkout.
You do not need to have an account with Paypal (or Nochex) but can opt to set one up
at the same time if you would like to. If you do, it is a very simple
process to set-up (less than a minute) and is a fully encrypted secure
system used by millions worldwide.
Chici will never see your credit card details and nor will anyone else.
Orders paid through Paypal and Nochex are carried out in sterling and you will be
charged in sterling which means the amount you pay will depend on the
exchange at the time your order is processed. Please note: we are only
able to deliver to the Paypal/Nochex registered address and cannot accept any
orders to an alternative delivery address within or outside of the UK .

As our items are
usually in stock, we usually process your order within 3 working days. A
confirmation email will be sent at that time. In the event that we have
experienced an unusually high demand for an item which substantially
delays delivery, we will email you with a revised delivery date or an
offer of a refund or alternative item. Time is not of the essence of this
contract.
Chici do not dispatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances. Please
allow up to 14 days for delivery for overseas orders.

All UK orders are
charged at a flat rate fee of £1.95, regardless of how many items you
order. For Overseas orders, the fee is fixed at £3.95. Wholesale orders in the UK are charged at £4.95 and for Overseas,
£8.95

|
All
goods we feature on our website should be in stock (or will state not) and
ready to despatch. It should not be possible to order goods that we do not have in stock.
If an error has occurred (and we have not counted stock correctly for instance)
and cannot provide the item or items we will write to you offering a refund for
the item we cannot supply or an alternative item.
|

|
|
|
|
Chici maintains a 7
day returns policy. Should you decide that you are not satisfied with your
order, we will accept the return of unwanted goods and will refund the
full price (excluding shipping charges) as long as they are returned to us
within 7 days of delivery.
Remember to include your name, address,
telephone number and order reference so that we can complete the refund as
soon as soon possible.
Obviously the items should be unused, unworn and arrive back to us in the
condition in which they were received. You will be responsible for
returning the goods safely and the return shipping costs incurred. You may
wish to insure your returns and send them by signed for delivery as we
cannot be responsible for goods lost in the post/sent by other means.
NB: For health &
hygiene reasons, we have a strict no returns policy on all pierced
earrings including sets which include pierced earrings.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Our products are
thoroughly checked by our manufacturer and by us to ensure customer
satisfaction. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, you should
contact us at returns@chici.co.uk and return the faulty goods within 3
days of delivery. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone
number, order reference, a brief explanation of the fault and whether you
require a replacement or refund. If a replacement is unavailable we will
automatically issue a refund for the total costs of the goods including
postage costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights. |

Chici cannot be held responsible for any
disruptions to our services that are beyond our control. Whilst we will do
everything in our power to correct any disruption to our service, we do
not make any promise that our website or service is entirely error free.
We believe that our photographs and description show and describe our
products as accurately as possible, however colours of products supplied
may differ slightly from appearances online or in any brochure. Dimensions
and weights shown are approximate and may vary. Chici cannot be held
responsible for marginal differences in the products supplied. |

can contact you if there is a problem with your order. We may also monitor
usage of our website and customer traffic patterns as this helps us to
continually improve our service. Occasionally we may email you with
details of special offers and new products. If you do not wish to receive
this information, please tick the opt-out box on the order summary page. |
